During the pre-construction phase, we will meet with you to discuss the plans for your new home. We are happy to work with any existing plans you may have, or have your plans drawn up for you. After plans are complete, a site evaluation is performed.  At this time, an estimate can be provided to you regarding the cost of your new home. Final selections come next. As a true custom builder, we allow you to select every feature of your home so thats it's tailored just for you. We pride ourselves in being able to offer an abundance of personal, unique choices for every aspect of your home. At this point, we will have a great understanding of your needs and desires and can guide you to the most cost effective way of achieving these features.

Last in this phase, is establishing and signing of the construction contract. This document will outline the responsibilities of both the home owner and Cypress Custom Homes.  If the home is financed, this generally takes place just before closing on the construction loan.

If you live out of town, pictures can be uploaded to Buildertrend, allowing you to track project progress. 

Toward the final touch up phase, a walk through the home with the client takes place. Any punch-out items are addressed during this stage. All items are noted and addressed to the client's satisfaction.
